Chwilka dla języka w ramach treści #anatomia z głowy.
Język budują skrzyżowane pod kątem 90 stopni  i w trzech wymiarach  - pęczki mięśni
 poprzecznie prążkowanych.
Język porusza się dzięki :

  1. mięśniom zewnętrznym
  2. mięśniom wewnętrznym


Język w całosci pokryty jest błoną śluzową. Od spodu język ma powierzchnie stosunkowo gładką a blona która go wysciela przypomina te z dna jamy ustnej. Grzbiet języka jest szorstki. Przednia powierzchnia językowa pokryta jest licznymi niewielkimi brodawkami. Nasada języka zaopatrzona
jest w większe wyniosłości. Te dwie powierzchnie oddziela od siebie bruzda krańcowa
 mająca kształt litery V.
Wzdłuż tej granicy rozłożone są kubki smakowe .Na wierzchołku
 bruzdy krańcowej mamy otwór ślepy - który we wczesnym okresie życia płodowego łączy zawiązek  tarczycy  z nabłonkiem jamy ustnej.
Grzbiet języka zaopatrzony jest w brodawki (papillae)

  1. nitkowate    - rozchodzą się na prawo i lewo od bruzdy środkowej (sulcus medianus)
  2. grzybowate - grupują się w pobliżu nasady języka
  3. okolne         - wzdłuż bruzdy krańcowej w liczbie 7-12 
  4. liściaste       - na brzegach w tylnej części trzonu

Spacerując polskimi miastami można odkryć że mamy wiosnę - świeżość zagości w naszych domach na stołach a może nawet na językach. Warto się o to ostatnie pokusić ze względu na fakt że zabrudzony język może być przyczyną nieświeżego oddechu. Bytujące na języku bakterie
 są uwaga - przyczyną - problemów z sercem. Zakłucają one również prace zmysłu smaku a nawet prace ślinianek .Mogą być współwinne pojawiającej się demineralizacji zębów.
Przyrządy do czyszczenia języka nie są na liście naszych codziennych zakupów. Warto jednak wypróbować swoich sił w używaniu skrobaczki/czyścika ( posiada silikonowe wypustki ) do języka lub wykorzystać do tego miękka szczoteczkę zębową.
