Używanie wykałaczek to w naszym kraju temat tabu. Moja wyobraźnia też popycha mnie do łączenia wykałaczki z dziurą w zębie. Nieumiejętne używanie wykałaczki i uszkodzenie brodawki dziąsłowej może wręcz zaszkodzić zdrowemu uśmiechowi. 
Firmy zajmujące się profilaktyką poszły w rytmie ducha czasu i zalały rynek nićmi do zębów.Czy nitka do zębów może wybielić twój uśmiech ?
Legenda głosi ze nitkowanie zębów po każdym posiłku , może sprawić że nawet zatłoczone zęby i takie które mają apetyt na kawę mogą być perłowe. 

Wybierzmy taką nitkę która zachęci nas do używania jej na co dzień. Efekt będzie spektakularny.Jeżeli nasza dieta opierała się głównie na winie ,kawie i papierosach to bardzo prawdopodobne ze kolorem wyjściowym jest szary a po zastosowaniu tych wskazówek uzyskamy odcienie żółte.
Wtedy pomocne mogą się stać stosowane raz w tygodniu pasty z wysokim wskaźnikiem RDA lub paski wybielające oraz droższe i bardziej inwazyjne rozwiązania  z oferty stomatologi kosmetycznej.
Temat wybielania zębów w gabinecie poruszę w kolejnych postach. Dziś zostawiłam go ponieważ zależy mi na podkreśleniu rewolucyjnego efektu używania systematycznie produktów do higieny jamy ustnej.
