O zasadach !


Aby nie wytężać naszego korpusu i wzroku możemy korzystać z zasady równoległości ,zawsze tak ustawiamy się do pacjenta
że powierzchnia oczyszczana jest w jednej równoległej płaszczyźnie z linią naszego wzroku .

Zastanawiam sie nad tym czy 40 cm odległości miedzy pacjentem a operatorem jeszcze nas obowiązuje - może nie połowa ale duża część higienistek obecnie pracuje w lupach to pozwala na zachowanie większej dowolności i utrzymaniu pleców w znikomej krzywiźnie.

Potrzebna nam będzie wiedza o Zasadzie 5 zmian - świetnie się sprawdza przy pracy z bezpośrednim jak i pośrednim polem widzenia. #poczujroznice Chodź należy dodać w tym miejscu że warto starać się tak ustawić fotel aby nie musieć stosować lusterka do oglądania powierzchni zębów .

  1. Zmiana pozycji operatora względem pacjenta 
  2. zmianę ułożenia pacjenta względem podłogi
  3. zmianę ułożenia głowy pacjenta w płaszczyżnie poziomej od 90 do 45 stopni.
  4. Zmianę ruchu głowy pacjenta w płaszczyźnie pionowej , wychylenie ku tyłowi do 30 procent
  5. Rozwarcie ust pacjenta,umożliwiające opracowanie zębów w różnych sektorach .
